Your Event Name: Wetsuit Rental

How:

You can rent a wetsuit via this website. When you've selected the wetsuit gender and size we will then ask you to provide us with the following information via a rental registration page. 

• Measurements
• Weight
• Shipping/Billing Address 
  
• Event Date

Once payment of the deposit and rental fee has been made we We will send your wetsuit directly to you within one week from the start date of your event. 

Rental Price:

1 week before event up to 1 week after event: €55.00 (per wetsuit)

This price include shipping.

Deposit:

Price: €100.00 (per wetsuit)

The deposit will be refunded to you shortly after returning your wetsuit provided it is returned within one week after your event.

Returns:

Use the return label that was in the box with your rental wetsuit to return your wetsuit(s) and ensure they are returned within one week after your event.

Cancellation/change policy:

If your event is cancelled due to health-threatening water conditions (blue-green algae etc., excluded water temperature) and if your wetsuit(s) have not yet been sent, the rental fee and deposit will be refunded. 

This policy applies up to 1 week before the event.

No other reasons for cancellation will be accepted as cause for a refund.

You can exchange your wetsuit for a different size up to two weeks before the event.
